To focus attention on the effects currently and in future on the Georgia coast and it’s native species from climate change and habitat destruction from real estate development and to invite the public to participate in conservation efforts and education.e

To provide the Nature Conservancy with 20 percent of all sales of artwork and prints sold by Marjett Schille at the forum events

Objective(s): 

To educate the public about the effects of real estate development and climate change in the coast..  to show what we are losing through artwork about the fragile beauty of the coast and its creatures.  
To raise some money for the Nature Conservancy through art sales and donations by the public 

Background: 

Previous events with the Ashantilly Art and Historical society of a similar nature with artists Jeannine Cook and Marjett Schille
