Workshops

When I first struck out to paint wildlife, it was painfully obvious that my best work was from my own experiences and reference photos. Consequently, I took up wildlife photography. Currently I teach wildlife photography in the Midwest as well as drawing classes using my own references.  In these workshops for adults as well as those for teens, I combine information about natural events, wildlife and habitat of the areas with the photography.  I also sponsor workshops from other artists using different media. All of the workshops, whether taught by me or by other sponsored artists support the work of the Academy of Nature and Wildlife Arts.
