The Artist

"I find nature to be an unlimited source of inspiration. Painting an animal for me it's a way to understand its anatomy, behavior and evolutionary history while having fun! "

I am twenty years old and I currently attend the Florence Academy of Art in Florence, Italy.

When I was thirteen years old I took an art class held by the wildlife artist Tiziana Lerda, and I’ve been painting my favorite animals and landscapes ever since.

I am the youngest member of the Italian association for nature art (Aipan), a Signature Member and a Medal of Excellence recipient of Artists for Conservation.

I curate a personal website: marcograssoart.com
