Wall color:
Our Canadian ungulates are spread far and wide and at least one or two can be seen in every province of this great country of ours. The style of this piece was influenced in part by the world renown Peterson Field Guides and focuses on the diversity of our horned and antlered mammals. The Big Three are front and center and we are fortunate enough to have only one subspecies of Caribou that is endangered. A true mixed media piece of my signature Artistic Cartography format, it is completed in graphite, Staedtler and Molotow Marker on a National Geographic map of Canada. This piece represents the start of a series that will include our Canadian Cats, Bears and Weasel families.
