I decided with "Cutting Edge" to create a wallhanging sculpture to capture the true essence of barn swallows in flight. I've spent numerous delightful hours viewing them flying over a Santa Fe coy pond catching bugs. I'm always captivated by their agility, speed and aerial acrobatics and it is this moment in time which I've tried to portray.
