Through my art and my attitude, I strive to illuminate or highlight the spirit in all creatures. I have been inspired to draw, study and paint all of my life with the never ending focus on the play of light on the natural world, whether it be trees, rocks, or breathing beings. I live in the Sierras between Sacramento and Tahoe with my husband, Chuck and our two golden retrievers on 5 beautiful mountaintop acres.

Physics Lesson | Sculpture by Dale Weiler | Artists for Conservation 2018

Dale Weiler US

I look at the stone and myself as dance partners. Sometimes I am leading, other times the stone takes control. It's all about balance and being in touch with yourself and your surroundings. And the precarious balance between our environment and wildlife is the driving force of Weiler Woods for Wildlife, the company my wife, Loti, and I started to support wildlife conservation. All of my sculptures are now being used to raise awareness and funding for causes committed to wildlife protection.
